Magic and Mayhem

So, last night I went to my mum's for yoga and dinner. The yoga was a massive failure because my knees were sore and I hurt my wrist doing downward facing dog. And then, my dad gave me a hard time because I wouldn't eat the minestrone soup. I'm 34 fucking years old - I know what I like and I what I don't like, so excuse me if I refrain from partaking in a dish that contains several vegetables that make me want to throw up. My sister, who I've come to the realisation doesn't respect ANYONE decided to jump in with her two cents worth and my mum completely undermined my authority with my daughter by kissing and cuddling her after I told her off for throwing lasagne on my mum's white carpet. Great! Thanks for the support!

So I grabbed Bianca and left, but before I did, I let my mum know exactly what I thought and told her I don't want anything to do with any of them anymore. I should be feeling bad but I don't. I feel relieved.

I have a family that I love. Chan (the sister of my soul), Lorelei, Jamie, Steph, Jackii, Addie, Isa, Lexy, Sarah, Cath and Kenzie! They love me, they respect me and they support me on my bad days rather than make me feel worse.
